The crew of the Icarus from the movie Planet of the Apes are stranded in Equestria.  They are put to work in developing the high altitude flight research program for the Wonderbolts.   Rainbow Dash volunteers as their test pilot.   Trixie and Dr Whoves are employed to maintain the Icarus as the chief technical experts in rocketry available.
